The Register building when is built, was design to be used for bank purpose, the plan is to restarted and redesign the space to be a theater, by using the ground floor level. The theater will be design to run a specific performance type, which is a shadow play.
Theater Model
Shadow Show is basically a group of artists play their performance between a source of light and a translucent screen, creating different scenes by moving together in certain time to create shapes by their bodies. So, its not important the size of the stage, the key thing is the screen size since all the performance will be in the back of the stage.
The capacity of the theater should fit minimum 250 seats. Main entrance area (lobby) will use for box office, reception and waiting area. The building will include a Bar and restaurant, café and gift shop and mini bars offering snacks for theater visitors. Toilets also will provide for male and female and for disabled people.
